From 90kg to 70kg, How I Lost 20kg in 2 Months
And how you can do it too, with no diets & definitely no exercise
After high school, I stayed at home for over 6 months while waiting to secure admission into my selected university. I had never stayed at home for that long just doing nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
I mean, I did housework: washed, cooked and all the other basics but nothing too stressful. I wasn’t reading for any test or examination, which in my experience is a very good way to lose weight and I wasn’t even going out at all (Introvert alert!)
So, my basic duties were to sit down or lie down and watch some Disney and Nickelodeon sitcoms or a seasonal movie like Heroes and Smallville, movies that just kept going on and on. I loved and still love these kinds of movies.
Needless to say, I was double my size by the time I got admitted into my University, triple even.
Ever since then, it’s been an endless struggle to lose weight. It’s been about 7 years since and whenever I look at an old photo, I’m always shocked that I was ever that fit. I usually felt like a really plump lady because people always had strong opinions concerning the amount of food and exercise I needed and how often I needed them.
